As a visitor to Audience Rewards’ website, you are not required to provide any personally identifiable information – information that would tell us who you are specifically, such as your name, email address, or telephone number. We do monitor guest traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the web site. We log IP addresses, ISPs and browser types for internal quality assurance matters and to assess technical capabilities of our site. The information is not tied to personally identifiable information about the specific user. By using the Audience Rewards website, you agree that Audience Rewards may collect and use this information. We may use and share any non-personally identifiable information collected from you without restriction.
MEMBERS (WHEN YOU ARE LOGGED IN)
During enrollment you are required to provide personally identifiable information. You may also submit answers to profile questions concerning your use and experience of live entertainment. When you sign in to your account, information about your activity on the Audience Rewards site is automatically generated. Audience Rewards may also collect personally identifiable information from you at several different points on the website, and through partner transactions affecting activity on your account.
In order to properly award your Audience Rewards ShowPoints for individual ticket purchases or subscription purchases, Audience Rewards may require ticketing data from the authorized ticketing service of the presenting venue. By joining Audience Rewards and entering or providing your Audience Rewards number during the ticket purchase process, you agree that Audience Rewards may receive this information from its participating shows, venues, or presenters and their authorized ticketing systems. The ticketing information received may include your name, email, address, phone number, seat locations, event/show name, date of purchase, date of event, and amount spent. NO CREDIT CARD information is transmitted or stored during this process.
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and e-mail-embedded clear gifs and may also use tools such as Google Analytics. The information you provide helps us automatically recognize you when you return to our Website and helps protect you and us from fraud, comply with legal requirements, and to notify you of important changes to the program. We also use this information for internal review in aggregate and to provide you with a more personalized experience with the opportunities, resources and services that our program has to offer.
We use the information you submit to us in order to fulfill our obligations to you, administer the program, track your participation in the program, protect you from unauthorized use on your account, create targeted offers, protect our own rights as well as the rights and interests of affiliate organizations and other members, generate rewards as the program may offer including but not limited to ShowPoints, and communicate program related announcements as they pertain to you.
OFFERS AND UPDATES
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals and promotions on behalf of the Program. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications. You may opt-out of these mailings by changing your email preferences in your profile or by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided within the email.
SERVICE RELATED ANNOUNCEMENTS
We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an e-mail. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
SURVEYS AND CONTESTS
To help us improve Audience Rewards and serve you better, from time to time we may e-mail surveys to you to learn more about your experience with our site. You are under no obligation to respond to these surveys. Audience Rewards may contract a reputable third party to facilitate the distribution of surveys, emails, or other promotion materials. Upon completion of these projects, all information is returned to Audience Rewards and these third parties are permitted to use contact information for the sole purpose of sending messages as instructed by Audience Rewards.
CHECK INS - DETERMINING AND SHARING LOCATION
Audience Rewards Check Ins relies on location based information to confirm and validate your proximity to eligible listings and events. Whenever you open and use/interact with the Audience Rewards mobile website or app on your mobile device, Audience Rewards will use the location-based information generated from your mobile device or browser (e.g., latitude and longitude, operating system) to deliver the Audience Rewards mobile experience (i.e. you will see a list of nearby locations, nearby available check in offers and requirements, and redemption opportunities). By using the Audience Rewards mobile/app platform, you agree and consent to provide Audience Rewards to collect location-based information relating to your interaction on the Audience Rewards mobile/app platform. This information will be used by the program to verify your location and award points for eligible check-ins, but will not be shared with other Audience Rewards members unless you specifically grant approval for Audience Rewards to share this information.
Each of your Audience Rewards Check Ins is saved to your “My Transactions/Activity” page, which allows you review your Check-Ins and Check-In locations and any applicable points earned for this promotion.
Subject to your phones settings, you can enable or disable Location Based Services. Please refer to your Mobile Carrier or Phone Manufacturer for more information on how to control Location Based Services for your device
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcome e-mail to verify your membership number. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. Our communications will generally be limited to e-mail. We may retain copies of any communications we have with you.
HOW WE COLLECT AND STORE INFORMATION
As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, and click-stream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
We use clear gifs in our HTML-based e-mails to let us know which e-mails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you no longer wish to receive these e-mails, please edit your profile on your account by deselecting the option to receive special offers and updates from Audience Rewards.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of any third party and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
By using the Audience Rewards web site, you agree that Audience Rewards may collect and use the information gathered. You express your consent for us to disclose this information when you become a member of Audience Rewards and begin to use “My Account” and when you perform other Audience Rewards transactions as an Audience Rewards Member. You can withdraw this consent whenever you want, unless legal requirements prevent this, by closing your account. Your consent can be express or implied. Express consent can be verbal or written. You imply consent when we can reasonably conclude that you have given consent by some action you have taken or when you decide not to take action. For example, if we give you an opportunity to tell us you don't want to receive e-mail pertaining to Audience Rewards promotions and you do not take action, we can conclude that you have no objection.
We provide you the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes. You may opt out in one of three ways:
- Stop your participation in the Program; this is the only way to completely stop receiving special offers and other communications from us.
- Use an unsubscribe link in any of our e-mails to stop receiving future marketing e-mails.
- Deselect the communication preference checkboxes on your profile page. Note - we still reserve the right to send you certain messages about our service and your account.

You understand and agree that in the event Audience Rewards goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred, whether as a going concern in the transaction or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding.

If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California law gives you the right to send us a request at a designated address to receive the following information:

Regardless of where your information was collected, you understand and agree that information you provide may be sent to and processed by us in the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may not be the same as the data protection laws in other countries.
As indicated above, Audience Rewards is headquartered in the United States. Our website, program, and services are only intended for use by individuals in the United States. We do not offer or market our program or services to individuals outside the United States and does not seek information relating to such individuals. As such, Audience Rewards is subject only to the laws of the United States.
